Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for HubSpot, developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize HubSpot tools for marketing, admissions, data analytics, and IT operations.
• Optimization and Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HubSpot is integrated effectively across departments. Continuously review, audit, and improve HubSpot workflows to enhance performance.
• Training & Support: Provide expert-level training and support to users across the organization, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to maximize the potential of HubSpot’s products.
• AI-Driven Transformation: Leverage HubSpot’s AI tools, including Breeze AI, to automate, optimize, and innovate our marketing and admissions processes.
• Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track the performance of HubSpot activities, collaborating with the Chief Data Officer to provide insights that drive business decisions.
• Problem Solving & Support: Manage technical challenges within the platform, working alongside IT teams and third-party HubSpot resources to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Proven experience as a HubSpot Architect, Administrator, or similar role, with a strong understanding of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Content Hub, and AI tools.
• Technical Expertise: Solid background in system integrations, troubleshooting, and optimizing HubSpot products to meet business needs.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and design solutions that align with company objectives, improve business operations, and drive growth.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in analyzing data and using it to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize HubSpot usage.
• Certifications: HubSpot certifications across relevant product areas are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience working in marketing operations, with a focus on HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Experience in higher education or other complex environments is a plus.
