Administration/Team Support - Boca Raton, FL - onsite!
Administrative onboarding of all new employees, including necessary employment forms, review of processes/procedures for payroll, benefits, etc.
Schedule necessary appointments for all new employees with benefit providers.
Payroll input and maintenance, including changes to current employee information, change requests, new employee data, etc.
Work with State UI on claims.
Work closely on health care benefits and renewals, including annual 1095 filing requirements.
Work closely with 401k and life insurance benefits; including annual ERISA filings
Maintain and organize invoices and receipts.
Review and submit all expense reports for review/payment.
Work closely with Finance to assist with bookkeeping, data entry when applicable.
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
When necessary, work with staff on travels plans and reservations.
Maintain state licenses.
Maintain attendance records.
Requirements/Qualifications: Skills : Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, payroll, and benefits. Discretion is of utmost importance. Qualifications : Good time management and organizational skills. Good communication skills and with proven experience in office administration. Must be able to multi-task and manage deadlines/priorities. We are looking someone with a happy disposition and someone with great attention to detail.
