Miami, FLIT Infrastructure Engineer – Endpoint Services (Miami, FL) Hybrid
My client is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to enhance and maintain our endpoint management systems. If you’re passionate about zero-touch automation, modern device management, and seamless IT operations, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Support & Troubleshooting – Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows 11, iOS devices, Microsoft 365, and Zoom services using Microsoft Intune, TeamViewer, and NinjaOne.
Endpoint Management – Design and implement automated patch management and zero-touch deployment using Intune, PowerShell, Python, and APIs.
Automation & Optimization – Drive IT automation to enable remote, silent deployment and troubleshooting with minimal user disruption.
Infrastructure Support – Maintain and support high-usage tech, including Zoom Rooms, Apple Business Manager, and Verkada Access Control.
Collaboration & Security – Work with Azure AD, Fortinet FortiClient, and ITSM platforms to enhance security and system efficiency.
What You Bring:
3+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with a focus on endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.
Strong expertise in Windows 11, Office 365, Google Workspace, and Azure services.
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) and experience with IT automation & orchestration tools.
Familiarity with networking & security (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently & within a team.
Certifications in endpoint management (Microsoft 365, Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus!
