Your Role & Responsibilities

As an IT Engineer, you will:

• Manage and support network, security, and virtual server infrastructure using technologies like VMware, Cisco, and Palo Alto.
• Oversee firewall administration, endpoint security, and disaster recovery solutions to protect company assets.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure, solve performance issues, and ensure reliability.
• Lead projects to implement innovative solutions, including AI and machine learning applications in IT tasks.

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring

• Technical Expertise:

  • VMware vSphere (6/7/8), Storage Area Networks (SANs), and vSAN.
  • Microsoft SQL Server (2012+), PowerShell scripting, and Windows Active Directory (2012+).
  • Networking with Cisco/Dell Switches, Juniper, and Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto).
  • Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of App Insights, Stream Analytics, and Machine Learning/AI applications in IT.
  • Familiarity with Macintosh and Linux systems.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years managing and maintaining networks, servers, and security in a heterogeneous environment.
  • Proven success in disaster recovery planning, system optimization, and IT performance troubleshooting.
