Bookkeeper - Part-time

My client is seeking a part-time in-house Bookkeeper, for their office in beautiful Delray Beach, FL
THIS IS NOT REMOTE!  One day per week in office!

The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, possesses the ability to communicate effectively written and orally.
Specific tasks will include:
  • Reconciliation of bank, credit card, cash, and other balance sheet accounts.
  • Data entry of expense transactions
  • Preparing vendor payments
  • Correctly enter transactions.
  • Payroll data entry
  • Other banking/bookkeeping tasks as assigned
  • Categorizing transactions
  • Reviewing reports
  • Budgeting – forecasting
  • Report directly to owner/dentist
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and QBO Payroll.
  • Computer/internet literate with strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and complete work accurately and on time.
  • · QuickBooks Online expert
  • · Must have excellent organization, analytical, communications skills and has strong attention to detail
  • · Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • · Must be an excellent problem-solver
  •  Bachelor preferred
