Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: Create a PMO within healthcare industry, hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
Implementation of Clinical Systems
Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
Initiate and govern the delivery of IT related initiatives through optimizing the management of resources, work plans, milestones, risk, expectations, budgets, and quality to meet the objectives of the business; understand, prioritize, and manage the supply and demand for IT products and services. Establish and drive accountability to project management principles, methods, and techniques (e.g.: agile methodologies). Leverage technology, such as Jira, to provide a standardized, consistent, and organized platform to aid in effective planning, managing, and forecasting of projects.
Develop, on a defined periodic basis, financial trending/performance/analysis reports, and inform IT management and other stakeholders through written and verbal communication methods; monitor, assess and report to key stakeholders IT's spend on goods, services, and projects, inclusive of supplier spend.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels; use informal networks to break down barriers and facilitate work activities where necessary; build strong external networks with people in the industry or profession.
