Contributes to the design, development, modification, testing, adaption, resource deployment, administration, and support for data-based business systems with an emphasis in the Microsoft database and application development stack.

Implements software applications and customizes business applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ASP.Net, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, JavaScript, HTML, ETL, and Web Services technologies. 

Architects appropriate CRM technical solutions to meet business/functional requirements. 

Works closely with Company staff and departments to optimize the functionality and efficiency of existing networked computer applications and suggests new applications and procedures where appropriate. 

Maintains familiarity and skill with enterprise database technologies. 

Ensures Application Development processes are consistent with modern SDLC best practices. 

Works with Company staff to develop report definitions for transactional computer applications to support departmental and management reporting needs. Looks for opportunities to educate staff about reporting capabilities. 

Troubleshoots networked computer application problems and resolves problems in a timely manner. Trains other Information Technology staff so that they can provide additional support for these applications. 

Develops and maintains documentation supporting the maintenance of technical systems. 

Contributes to the strategic development of Company technical systems and department direction. Works to identify ways in which the computer system and other technologies can be applied to advance the goals of the Company organization. 

Supervises and executes occasional IT Projects. 

Assists the staff by performing occasional reporting, data mining, or other tasks that require advanced technical capability. 

Provides onsite technical support to staff and tenants during games and Company events. 

Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Business Systems and/or Chief Technology Officer. 

  • Minimum of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other closely related field. MS or MBA a plus. 
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a technology-related environment, with expert level knowledge of Microsoft applications and development tools including Dynamics CRM, Visual Studio, .NET 4.0 and later, Visual Basic, C#, AJAX, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. 
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS systems including: Table definition, data normalization, stored procedures, table indexing, Integration Services for SQL Server 2012 and later. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peer groups, such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, human resources, legal, etc. 
  • Knowledge of legacy, current and emerging technologies in software development and network systems environments 
  • Experience working with and effectively communicating with executives 
  • Ability to manage large and small-scale technology-related projects 
  • Ability to manage outsourced services 
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings to productive outcomes 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
