My client is looking for a reliable, tech savvy and highly motivated individual to fill an Email Operations & Traffic Coordinator position. The right candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Sharp attention to detail is required along with the ability to prioritize the day by managing workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 
A background in permission based email marketing is required.
Candidate must be proficient with Word, Excel, and be familiar with multiple email clients such as Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
Must have the ability to implement a file system and upload web content utilizing an FTP client.
The position entails assembling creative assets, image hosting, debugging, testing, & proofing HTML for scheduled email campaign deployments.
Attention to detail is a must, and the candidate must have good e-mail etiquette for communication with clients.  
A solid understanding of standard HTML coding, extensive inline CSS skills, and web development knowledge as it relates to Email Marketing are a MUST.
Basic debugging, cross-browser and cross email platform compatibility testing skills including experience in Adobe Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
 
Strong ability to work with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment to coordinate, prioritize, proof/test debug and deploy email marketing campaigns
 
  • Coordinate email campaign criteria with sales team, accounting team, and clients
  • Embed HTML into creative template for testing
  • Debug and troubleshoot rendering issues between different email clients
  • Follow up with sales rep and client after thorough QA and testing
  • Schedule live email campaign deployments
  • Track analytics for each campaign deployment
  • Verify internal server logs for and errors and/or ongoing issue
  • Create backup on all creatives and client communication
  • Track campaign status on internal CRM system
  • Organize and archive email communication between clients
