HR Assistant – Payroll, Benefits, and Admin Support
We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our client’s Human Resources team with payroll processing, benefits administration, and general HR administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with bi-weekly or monthly payroll processing
  • Support benefits enrollment and handle employee questions
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of HR support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS or payroll software experience a plus
