HR Assistant – Payroll, Benefits, and Admin Support We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our client’s Human Resources team with payroll processing, benefits administration, and general HR administrative tasks. Assist with bi-weekly or monthly payroll processing
Support benefits enrollment and handle employee questions
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
1–3 years of HR support experience preferred
Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS or payroll software experience a plus
