Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This role will focus on uploading journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts while supporting the accounting team during this transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Upload journal entries into NetSuite
✔ Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
✔ Utilize VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
✔ Support the accounting team with general ledger tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience with NetSuite or strong ERP experience with the ability to learn quickly.
🔹 Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables (must-have).
