Job Title: Technical Designer – Casino Gaming

Overview

My client is hiring Technical Designers to help bring high-performance casino games to life.

This role sits at the intersection of art and engineering—taking creative concepts and turning them into production-ready, real-time experiences used by thousands of players.

What You’ll Do

• Translate game concepts into functional, game-ready assets
• Create polished mockups and visual prototypes for new features
• Design and implement animations, particles, and VFX
• Build and optimize 2D/3D assets for real-time performance
• Partner closely with artists and developers to ensure designs are feasible and performant
• Support UI layout and implementation (HTML/CSS)
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and gameplay requirements

Tools & Environment

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Spine (2D skeletal animation)
• HTML / CSS
• Real-time asset pipelines (2D & 3D)
• Performance optimization for game environments

Bonus: scripting or coding experience

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in game design, technical design, animation, or related fields
• Strong understanding of both visual design and technical constraints
• Experience working across multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Ability to collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
