Help Desk Technician

Miami, FL
Helpdesk Support Technician – Miami area
Fluent in English and Spanish (IT terminology as well as conversational) REQUIRED!

Required
  • 5/6 Years of Desktop Support Experience
  • Windows Active Directory/Azure
  • Microsoft Exchange/O365 support
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM/Intune
  • Experience with VoIP
  • Experience in support Antivirus, Encryption, Imaging, and other desktop automation technologies
·  Preferred
  • Experience with email filtering tools such as Mimecast
  • Experienced in an environment where document scanning/upload
  • Experienced with supporting remote users using screen-sharing technologies
  • Experience with supporting call centers and customer service teams
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or other major ITIL tools for ticketing

On-site at least 4 days a week in the Miami (Blue Lagoon) office
