REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years IT experience working in a help desk role in healthcare settings.
Microsoft experience
Work with end-users and taking calls to answer workflow related questions on a Post "Go Live" implementation with Cerner
Healthcare experience needed
Cerner EMR/Cerner workflow/Cerner experience A+
